  cd mode?
  i am trying to play music and can't figure out how to set it to 'all cds random'? the instructions state to make sure you are in cd mode. how do you get into and how do you know if you're in cd mode. thanks in advance.

  sub woofer will not work
  Disconnected sub woofer & speakers to move to new space. Once everything connected and plugged in no power to subwoofer.

  Standby button light turns green, but player will NOT turn or play.

  Error Message "PROTECT"
  When we turn the volume past 17 it shuts off and the Error message "protect" is on the display.
