Can You Help With These Problems?

  blank screen
  I accidentally selected "output channel selection" and the screen went blank.I unplugged it for 1/2 an hour, but cant get any thing on the screen.
  
  Nothing wiil work,only "setup" will display in the window. thank you for any suggestions.

  "LOCK" on player
  I connected my dvd/vcr player to my TV, but for some reason when I press the power button, the screen blinks "LOCK," making it impossible to use it.
