    I have been given a VR2940 system buy a friend I REALLY need the owners manuel I wouldliketo forward to my friend who has lost a son due to SCIDS aa "Bubble Boy Sydrom" all the tapes she has of her son are on VHS and she want to transfer to DVD canyou PLEASE help me?

    cannot get my vcr/dvd to work on my TV

    Switching channels
    Lost manual. How do I change from channel 3 to Chanel 4 so I can receive a signal. My cable provider changed from 3 to 4 and I cannot get the unit to change to 4.

    vhs tape
    the dvd player works fine but when I put a vhs tape in, absolutely nothing happens on the screen. I can hear it fast forwarding with the remote, but nothing changes on the screen. It just shows the govideo screen.
