  Dp5040 portable Dvd/cd player
  its a go video DP5040 portable DVD/CD player and I bought it at a grage sale and I need the power cord to it . Do you know where I can get one and how much they are?

  u put a dvd in the player it will start up play for 2 minutes,stop,go back to the beginning and start again.

  I usually viewed movies with the battery attached, even though I had the player plugged in. Is this what fried the battery? It would get VERY hot, now it doesn't work.

  Problem with DVD Player
  DP6040 will play CD's and all others except DVD's. Is there somewhere that I can take it or mail it for repair? Is there an sensor or electronic eye that may be bad? I appreciate any help...also, my battery doesn't last as long as it used to. Can you advise where I may purchase another? Thanks!…

  This DVR was installed on a Sony Wega tv and doesn't record following the steps used when the DVR was connected to a Toshiba tv.
