    MY TV IS NOW LOCKED, ALL I CAN SEE ON THE SCREEN IS A PADLOCK SYMBOL ON THE LOWER LEFT OF THE SCREEN

    Black and white picture
    The picture on screen is black and white but on first turning tv on, the Hisense logo appears in colour and when on the menu page, that also is in colour.what needs to be done and how ?

    The links for manual downloads on the Hisense website are incorrect. To access the manual you want-first locate it at http://product.hisense.com/en/Support/download_manual.jsp

    If you try to click the link for a manual you will get a "page not found error".

    Copy the number portion of the manual link address (ie: if the link was http://www.hisense.com:8050/enfile/1136438052397.pdf) then in a new browser window type http://product.hisense.com/enfile/1136438052397.pdf (using the number .PDF of the manual you need)
