    Playing vedio
    When I press play button for vcr, tape runs but I get no picture. i have direct tv

    DVD unable to read
    When I insert a DVD, it displays as READ and after sometime, it opens and shows as OPEN. the dvd is not read. it able to read the mp3 disc but not the video dvds
