bought tv without any instructions or remote, would like some help in finding the correct instruction manual and remote control for this tv.

Also what is the best wall bracket for this tv?

No Picture but with audio
I was watching yesterday and all of a sudden I heard a pop sound and my TV went black, no video but still can hear the sound. Any body ever experienced this kind of problem before? I've had this Plasma for 23 months now.
