Any button defaults to "Picture Menu"
Press any button on remote or TV and screen defaults to "picture menu” and then unable to select menu choices - it just keep flashing back to "picture menu!" Have unplugged overnight with no improvement. Is there a discreet reset on TV?

TV powers off quickly

TV overheats
This TV overheats at 68 degrees or so and then shuts off for a minute, turns back on again, and then repeats, we have to keep a fan behind it (noisy) to prevent this, anyone know how we can fix it ourselves?

no noise
whenever i turn on the radio or play cd's the sound is so low i have to put my ear up to the speaker so i MIGHT hear it. i hit the volume up button for minutes and nothing works. i also hit the reset button. is there any way to fix it? thank you.

Clock Reset
The clock on my unit won't hold the correct time. I reset it again last night, following the instructions in the manual, but it advanced 3 hours, probably at midnight. This is new, but has happened several times now. Could this be tied to the switch to Digital TV? How can I permanently fix it?

Fuzzy Picture
When I turn the TV on the picture looks fuzzy/blurry. All of the colors are distorted. When I would turn the tv off and then back on before it would fix the problem. Now it is this way no matter what.

problems hooking up magnavox dvr to sansui tv
The DVR will not "sync". I cannot find, apparently, the external input channel to hook up to the DVR. The same external input channel that work for the DVD player, the VCR, the playstation, and the digital camcorder when we want to view playback, does not work for this damn DVR!!! HELP!!!

I put brand new batteries in the remote control. The control does not work. I aimed it at a digital camera for a while and the remote did not respond. I even tried the am radio suggestion, but this did not work either. I just purchased this unit at Walmart today (6-12-09).

TV only has one HDMI connection...I have it occupied by the cable/DVR connector.

My 1 1/2 yr old TV lost its picture but still had sound.
The picture was suddenly gone from the TV but the sound was still there. The 800 number my husband called just told him to unplug everything and see if that worked, but it didn't. Any suggestions before we need to take it in and send god knows what on a repair.

I have this combo for a year. Now I set up the clock and then set up the vcr to record using the timer recording but doesn't work. When I turn on the vcr again I find that the clock isn't working, is in the time that was when I set up. What is the problems with my equipment?

TV shuts down on it's own. Need to unplug and TV comes back on. Is there a fan in this TV ? If yes should you hear it running. Will I do any damage to TV if this problem continues? TV runs very hot.

Clock Resets for no reason
Everyday I record certain TV programs.
Everyday the time as changed...
The clock time is off by several hours so I have to reset the clock so the recording will take place at the propper time.
The player changes time without instruction.
