  closed caption
  I have this floor model TV I think it's a 1989 and I need the closed caption since 3 of my siblings and wife are deaf but I can't seem to figure out how to get the closed caption on or program it into the TV, we know it has CC because it came on a couple of times for the people who had it before us. Could you help any?

  buttons, on, off, etc. won't work instructions on closed caption etc., sleeper mode, scroll down screen that is all

  I do not have the original remote but I want to get to the menu to set up the channels, or will this TV only go up to channel 22 when hooked to cable?
