PAL or NTSC DVDs
I cannot find whether DVDs in PAL or NTSC format will play on this model of the Sylvania. Do you know? Do I have to adjust any settings or will it automatically read DVDs in these formats? Please let me know. Thank you.

When I insert a video, it plays for a second (maybe) and then it looks like "error 4" is on the screen.

VCR
I want to program the VCR and I lost the manual. It will only let me set it for channels 1 thru 125. I want to set it for a higher chanel.

Auto Shut Off
For some reason my DVD/VCR player shuts off automatically after a few seconds of play. Is there something I should look for in the set up? Like, maybe a sleep mode?
