    REMOTE and Manual
    I can not finalized dvd dics after record because I have no remote. Does anyone help me resolve this problem? I need manual and remote for this. Thanks so much.

    the remote control would not work i have read the instruction and done everything i could. We can't record or rev. or fwd. on it or program it.please help.it is DVR-231-AV serial # EFDL012139CC

    HOW TO UNLOCK THE REMOTE CONTROLE? i PRESSED SOME BUTTON, AND i AM NOT SURE WHICH ONE DID I PRESS. RIGHT NOW THE REMOTE CONTROL DOESN'T HAVE ANY FUNCTION, SO PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

    won't turn on
    Plugged in, nothing turns on at all, like no power. TV is plugged in same strip and works fine. Ideas? Thanks1
