unclear number tones
When I push the number keys, the tones are very distorted. Will even get to the point where it will not dial. If I unplug the power and remove the batteries, it will reset itself. It is a new phone,(second one both the same problem) Visys model # TC25204RE1-A

no sounds/blown fuse
I removed side panel and saw a blown fuse. I replaced with exact 5A-125V mini fuse. It blew instantly as soon as I plugged the unit in. Need help. less than 30 hours of use, and no sound. headphones work fine.
