Lost vertical deflection

I hook the player up it says installed and then you go to my computer and theres the drive but no install. unhook it and then it might say there is a problem with this hardware. Uninstall same thing. I am going to take product back if I cant get it fixed.

When I connect my camra into the USB it asks me if i want to install it and i go through the whole prosses of installing it. Then, it asks me to do it over and over again. When it stops asking I try to download the photos but I don't know how. Can you tell me how to download my photoes?

RP5420A Clock Radio all of a sudden is half hour behind actual time. How can I correct the time when it is supposed to be set by a satelite signal. Unplugging doesn't help.

Cannot record our Outgoing Greeting Message. When we do record a greeting message, it is correct right after the recording but the next time, some other voice and message greets our callers.
