need manual
dvd player won't show picture but plays sound have checked all cords and changed vcr works and shows just don't know why dvd won't show the picture

No power
When I plug the unit in, I get absolutely no power, little flashing lights or even a shock/spark!!!!

dvd door will not open
door will no open. has no opened since bought. Is thate a manual lock for shipping.
