Dim Sony Display

Disc Finalize
I keep trying to finalize a disc and it says that it is finalizing...forever. Once I let it "finalize" for a day. I have unplugged the computer, restarted the computer, taken out the disc and put it back in...

VHS copied to DVD - unable to play
I copied (dubbed) a VHS tape to a DVD+R - it plays fine on my DVD player but will not play on other DVD players. I did finalize the DVD. What else can I do? Thanks!

Dub from Tivo to DVD

When setting up to auto record daily, how do you designate a channel? When I set it up, I only have a choice of Line 1, Line 2, or Line 3.

playing dvds
I'm trying to play a rewritable dvd from which I recorded from the freeview which is installed on my recorder but everytime I try and press play I keep getting the code C1300 come up on screen, which means the disc needs cleaing, but I've cleaned it many times and it still doesn't work.

recording from timer
When I put the numbers in the recorder starts up at the start of the programme but switches itself off after a few seconds. This has happened quite a few times now so cannot be incorrect insertion of numbers.
