  blocked
  I cannot open the tray on my recorder.Everytime I try, the recorder says blocked. I've tried resetting back to factory settings, still won't open. What else can I try without taking my recorder apart?

  Progressive Scan
  We can't turn Progressive Scan Off.
  
  When we put a DVD in the player we can hear the movie and see a black screen. On the dvd display screen it has a "PRO".
