  the drawer is slow to open. Once it closes, it says loading and never loads.

  PERFORMANCE
  HI !! I INSERT A MOVIE DISC IN AND AFTER IT SHOWS, "LOADING", THEN IT SHOWS, "NO DISC"; THE DISC IS ALREADY IN. IS IT WORTH FIXING OR IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN TRY TO FIX IT ?? THIS WAS A GIFT. MY E-MAIL IS: RNTEDD@MSN.COM THANX

  the player stopped playing th dvd . none of the 2 large buttons in front light up blue. only the stanby light is on. it does not respond to the remote. i cannot open the tray containing the dvd.
