Can You Help With These Problems?

  the player stopped playing th dvd . none of the 2 large buttons in front light up blue. only the stanby light is on. it does not respond to the remote. i cannot open the tray containing the dvd.

  my memory is gone. i can't seem to get tv picture to work when dvd player is on. i have channel 3 on tv and modulator for 3. i know it's a simple switch but i always forget what to do. please help. thank you.

  won't turn on
  The On/Standby light stays on, but the DVD player itself will not turn on, no matter what I do. I've tried unplugging it and just leaving it alone, but when I go to plug it back in it still doesn't respond. I have a DVD in there that's now stuck. Help?!

  the standby light stays on all the time but nothing, I mean nothing works. I've unplugged it over night and still nothing. I assume it's now an anchor. Question is is there a way to get a dvd out that is in the tray with out taking a hammer to it?
