  my head phone does not go into pairing mode

  I got a new phone. Paired successfully with the head phone. Then I was not able to use the head phone. So i am trying to redo the pairing but the head phone does not want to go into pairing mode even after I turn off my phone.

  My H700 will not stay lit long enough to pair with my Blackberry? Also, at one time it was paired and my Blackberry showed it was enabled but when I tried to use it didn't connect through the bluetooth. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

  reverse volume controls
  how do i change my volume back to right ear control. some how my volume controls are reversed for my right ear. up is down and down is up. i think some how it got changed to left ear controls.

  I cannot seem to get the headset into pairing mode. It has been previously paired with another phone. That phone is off. Headset is charged. Phone bluetooth feature turned on. Light on headset will only flash blue?? Any suggestions?

  Sound Volumn
  I love my headset. I have had it for a 1 1/2 yr. Recently people have started complaining they can barely hear me when I am speaking. Up until now everything was great. Is there a mic-volumn I am missing? I have checked my phone settings.
