  remote controller
  Our TV is only 6 months old, The TV is working great but the remote control device certainly is not. The remote will only work if it is beig held 4 inches (or less) away from the TV. We have just put new batteries in and there is no improvemment. I looked in the TV manual but there was nothing there about problems with remotes. How do I get help for this problem?

  Cannot get DVD player to work
  I tried cleaning DVD player with a disk and it won't even play that. Every DVD I put in there says 'error playback is not allowed'. Please help

  No sound on 3 channel's. tested cable line, work's fine. other tv's work on same line.
