Can You Help With This Problem?

    Power supply problem
    I cannot turn on the TV. It will go on for couple of seconds and turns off. I am told that there is a problem with power supply board. When I turn on I see 1/2 blink and then 2 blinks. Not sure what it translates to. Can you tell me what could be wrong
