  My 87 year old Aunt cannot find her manual for her dvdplayer/vcr. Please call me at 413-442-9098 or email me at polishprince829@verizon.net and let me know how I can get one for her. When I get it, I'm going to zerox a copy so I'll have one when she calls asking me what to do. Thanks.

  my display shows the "key" symbol and displays "SAFE" when I try to turn it off

  no sound when playing dvd's
  I have video on my dvd's when playing but no sound.
  What is the problem. I did have the sound before I got AT&T tv service. Could that be part of the problem.
