Check out the DLP Lamp Xpress web site. It has a video and other good info. Make sure you clean the lamp housing mesh screen on the side opposite the handle. This is the reason the lamps fail.My screen was so packed with dust that it made the screen look like a piece of aluminum. The screen is 1/2" X 2" not the large screens on either side of the lamp. I'm talking with a factory rep. on Monday and am after a free lamp. Now at least I know what to clean when the air blockage warning comes on the screen!
