screen goes black after dvd loads

every time i put a dvd in my tfdvd1020 the screen lights up and says loading.... then when disc is loaded screen goes black. the audio works and you can her the disc turning. no matter how many dvd's i try or how many times its the same response. please help me.

second attempt to explain my problem

on my coby TF-DVD1020 when I put in a dvd or not the screen lights up blue and says loading after several seconds the screen goes black. if a dvd is in the player I can her it turning and here the audio from the dvd, but the screen stays black.
