picture shrinking

Have a Zenith TV Model C27A24T. Picture good but is slowly moving up the screen. black band horizontally at bottom of screen. is there a way to adjust vertical?

Change CX2105; 220uF/35V & C3460; 220uF/25V in vert output stage. One is located inside the 'U' shaped heat sink and the other is outside. Make sure to replace both of them with 105° low 'z' type! I also use the next standard voltage rating; 35V, use 50V; 25V, use 35V, etc. That should do it! Good luck... John
