    factory defaults

    i was messing around with my menu options trying to turn off CC..Well i accidentlly reset or set to factory defaults or factory reset something like that...Now when i turn on the t.v. A message come up and says " no sync detected".. i have no idea what that means but i cant do any thing cause no buttons work.. i also dont have my remote any more to the t.v......Please help if you can and thank you!
