    Problem with my remote control of dvd

    Hi, I would say at the beginning that i'm not very good with English language.

    I bought my DVD : Electrohome DVD816E.
    When I install this DVD, I put a movie and it's ok. That's running, but when I take de remote control to change something or just to start a movie, nothing works. I can start the movie when I click "Play" on the DVD, but I can't, without the remote control, change the subtitles or simply the Language!

    How I can repair this remote control? If I don't return this DVD, it's simple, I bought this, 2 or 3 months ago! It's to late!

    Help me please!!!
