color alignment

i can't get the words aligned and the color is not aligned right and i can't fix it by the menu on video, there is no feature for alignment per se

    i fixed the alignment manually but then it didn't stay and all the colors were out of line the next morning and i can't get it back to auto focus, the arrows won't move it to auto nor will the arrows move it to the start button
