Hi good morning, I'm looking for the manual of HR-S3902U, because I am using a VCR model HR-S3092U Mfg. JVC
Let me try to explain what kind the problem I have.
I have a VHS Video tape for test, when I played this video tape in the VCR (HR-S3902U) the video and audio is perfect, I don’t have any problem, but yesterday a client brought a tape, and I played it in my VCR (HR-S3902U), and I got a problem with audio, the video is perfect, but the problem with the audio was the follow, we can hear the person’s voice, but also we can hear a noise over the voice, but the problem is when we play this video tape in other VCR (different brand) the video and the audio are perfect, I checked the VCR (HR-S3902u), but I did not find nothing wrong, and I played again my test video tape, and it is perfect played.
If you have any idea what is the problem please let me know.
