Problems with unit: 1. layer of ice developed on the inside of the refrigerartor cooling section over the grill. 2. a tech came over and defrosted the grill but then after he plugged in the unit, it stopped working. The display control pannel does not show anything. the freezer nor the cooling section work. Please help before I erase Samsung from my future purchases (second time this refrigerator needs help)
