Nintendo Video Game Console Wii

Missing instructions and bowling game.

My father sent me and my sister a nintendo wii and I guess he forgot the instructions and the first game which is bowling that came with it. Where can I find instructions and the bowling game that's supposed to come with it.

    there are times when our sinior center that people touch SOME button &the game is stoped and we lose the game. How can we get back to where we left the game?
