Problem

1 year ago I lost my remote. I purchased a One-for-all remote. It worked fine. Lately I got into the tv system menu and lost all control of my remote. I even lost some of my cable channels. Is there a way to get into the tv menu from the tv itself without using the remote? Also everything is in Spanish. How do I change to English without a remote?
