Wharfedale International TV/DVD Combo WH-TV/DVD21NO

FACTORY logo

when I start the TV after 5s a FACTORY Logo is displayed on the screen and froze all function!
Is there a procedure to reset the TV?
Thanks
NB: the real MODEL is WH-TV/DVD21PFJ
