Can not change change channels or use other functions.

    i have a panasonic TH-37PA20 and it is shutting off by itself and a red blinking light remains on. I am unable to turn the set back on or off. I must reset the TV by flipping the approiate breaker in my breaker box. Have u recived any info regarding this problem
