Need replacement remote control and would rather have an original than a universal. Our original was lost in moving.

0 I have regular cable, and the child lock is not coming off, so I was wondering how I could get it off? We used the mute+999 and could not get it to clear still the lock still kept coming back on. model#20F510TD
