Tiny multi-colored lines even with no source input

My screen is showing nothing but narrow vertical lines in all different colors (probably one for each column of pixels). This happens on all inputs but PC, and shows up even with no input source connected. The menu screens appear over the top of this pattern and look fine. No video inputs will show up over or behind the pattern. This problem happened literally overnight
