Question About Magnavox TV Receiver SDTV Tuner (Converter Box
volume issue...

I have a SDTV Tuner, model # TB100MW9 connected to a Mitsubishi TV, model CV-20125. I can't seem to get the TV's volume to go louder than "just barely able to hear" level. Is this a TV to tuner issue, a remote issue or just a TV issue, etc.?
