Question About Samsung Refrigerator RS2555SL
how to change temp on freezer...

The freezer is stuck at the lowest setting of-14 and fridge at the highest setting of 46. The manual says to hold the button down and it'll automatically go through the sequence from low to high. I have it at -14 and it won't revert back and start coming back up to a reasonable temperture like it's supposed to. its "stuck". ? any advice?
