It's a Memorex Double Layer 16x 2004 Ser#2AL04003953 Part #32023286

Memorex DVD dual format 16x recorder

Stopped burning to or recognizing DVD's. Their website has same firmware as came with unit three years ago. No other help available from Memorex.
