Yamaha Media Server Sampling Unit [Model SU700]

zip drives instead of floppy drive

I saw a while ago a guy who had changed the floppy drive in his su700 for a bay mounted iomega zip drive 100-got the drive in a charity shop but my friend who does anything tecy for me doesnt think it will work. Any help appreciated J
