Question About Samsung Refrigerator RS2555SL
freezer not working...

freezer portion not working properly it will hold apprx. -19C when empty. Thought it might be the evaporator fan so removed to test and now the water dispenser has stopped working as well. Is the whole unit packing it in?

0 The fridge repairman told me this: Sometimes to make ice, it will freeze the freezer way below to make ice faster. SO, try turning off the icemaker, and see what the temperature in the freezer does. There are a lot of sensors on the RS25555SL, and some of them go bad and start 'lying' to the computer
