I am so frustrated!! Walmart now only sells this brand instead of the much easier Philips brand! If I try to program my vcr, I can't figure out how to switch the speed to EP or SLP. If I try to just use it for my tv, I can't figure out how to get closed caption to show up when needed. The instructions are VERY scetchy!! If you can answer both of these questions, I will not hate it. Right now I want to throw it out the window! THANKS!
