Magnavox TV/VCR/DVD Combo MWC24T5

Unable to get channels over 100

I just had COX cable set up in the house. The Magnavox TV/VCR/DVD Combo is in the master bedroom. How do I access any channels over 99?

I have already tried to use the TV menu and set up channels but this still does not work.
