tv is stuck in some service mode.colors are flashing from e]red to blue to green,etc.cant power off what can i do please?

0 Mine is doing that as well. The manual will offer no assistance. I left mine unplugged for a couple of hours to see if it would reset but no luck. I am leaving it unplugged for the night and if it doesn't fire up in the morning, It is going back to the store since I am within the return policy terms.
