Question About RCA TV Converter Box DTA800B1L
when I click the box button on the remote control ...

when I click the box button on the remote control the light on the converter turns red then green, how do I know when it is on. It is plugged to electricity so I know it is on but it does nothing for the tv channel. What channel is the tv suppose to be on so the converter box works.
