Emerson TV/VCR Combo EC1320C

I can't get a channel above channel 36. When I press 37, 38, 39, etc. It pops back to 36. When I do auto setup, it goes through channels 36 then jumps to 96, 97, 98, 99 (which are not current available channels). Can you help
