Grundig LCD Flat Panel TV XENTIA 40 LXW 102-8625 REF

Our set is a jan-2006 model when powered up we can view it sometimes an hour or two sometimes ten minuets, we can turn it on & get a picture for 5 seconds to an hour. We have recapped the power supply with 105deg caps also the relay & diode, any ideas?
