Samsung samsung digital camcorder sc-mx10/xaa

take from camcorder to computer

i keep trying to plug my camcorder in to my computer to get my videos off of it but my computer says there is no device pluged in. i have installed the drivers and all software that cam with it and it still will not recognize that it is plugged in.
