Won't turn on

RCA Scenium Model D52W136D purchased June, 2004 won't turn on. Sometimes if you turn it on 3 times in a row, the blue light comes on and off 3 times at 10 second intervals, then it won't come on pushing the power button until about 55 seconds later. Then it comes on and off for about 8 seconds 3 times, again goes off and won't come on again for about 55 seconds. This cycle persists for about 10 sequences and then finally the TV has been turning on until yesterday when it would not turn on with about 30 cycles.
