Magnavox LCD HDTV 50ML8105D/17

Magnavox 50" DLD HDTV Replaced Bulb in January and the fan seemed to be overheating. The TV would shut off and the LED light would come on. Cleaned the fan but it was only a tempory fix...it is now stuck with the LED light on. From some message boards I have seen this seems to be a common problem with this model. I would like to know if Magnavox is doing anything to correct the error...as these are not inexpensive products and people do not expect to have to replace a big screeen TV after only 15 months!!!
