FUNAI Plasma Flat Panel TV ILO PDP4210EA1

resetting v-chip on an ILO Plasma

I am told that FUNAI manufactured the ILO 42'plasma TV that I am having trouble with. Does anyone know how to reset or turn off the v-chip setting?
